The Delton Grand Resort was built with a unique style and plan.  The spacious condominium units were designed as if they were full-time residences.  They are not stereotypical “condotel rooms” – renovated hotel rooms or tiny units with room dividers.  Most Delton Grand villas have space to spread out and relax, full sized kitchens, private entrances, private patios and/or decks, large tile baths and more – even walk-in closets and laundry rooms!  Our two, three and four bedroom units offer the convenience of attached garages or heated underground parking, unusual for any rental condo.

Perfect for couples of small families, this luxurious one bedroom villas face a lovely cove on Lake Delton, with a waterfall, beach and pier just steps from your private deck.  Sip your morning coffee, or enjoy a glass of fine wine in the evening. The views are wonderful!

Delton Grand one bedroom lakefront villas are in our “Retreat” building.  The name depicts its unique lakefront location and style. Interiors are designer-inspired, with fireplaces, fully functional kitchens with breakfast bar, large flat screen TV and tile baths with body massage showers.  There is plenty of surface parking near your door.

Only a few years old, the resort features individually owned condominium villas in a variety of floor plans.  All are luxurious in their unique interiors, with colors and decor that further enhance the resort’s vacation atmosphere.  The villas were designed as though they were to be occupied year-round as a residence.  For that reason, you will find amenities not normally associated with a villa-style resort. Enjoy features like full-sized kitchens, tile walk-in showers with multi-head body massagers, stainless appliances, granite countertops, private entrances, decks and patios – even washers and dryers. Attached garages and heated underground parking are standard in many of the units.
